I would like to share my experience with Rasti Motors regarding a trade-in transaction for the purchase of a vehicle. I was completely transparent from day one, immediately providing the license plate and data of my used vehicle for trade-in and confirming via chat that I was in complete good faith regarding the history of the vehicle purchased from a third party. No checks were performed before the contract was signed. Only on the day scheduled for the transfer of ownership was I notified of a discrepancy in the mileage history of my trade-in, simultaneously making me a lower purchase offer of just €10,000 (compared to the €19,500 agreed upon in the contract). When I obviously refused to accept this reduction, the dealership canceled the transaction, keeping the entire €1,000 deposit. A professional should have performed preventive checks before signing the contract and collecting the money, rather than bringing the matter to light at the last minute with a lowered offer. Instead of conducting proper business by earning money from sales, it seems they preferred to profit by withholding the deposit paid in good faith. I strongly advise against doing so.
